Infrared Sauna

We now have an Infrared Sauna available to our clients. Infrared saunas work at lower temperatures and no steam. This makes it an option for more people to utilize this service (always check with your doctor). The Infrared rays penetrate deeper into the body so that the body sweats more. This treatment is wonderful prior to a massage as the therapist can work deeper into the muscles with less discomfort. Recommended for relaxation, detoxification, weight loss and cellulite treatments (when used in conjunction with other treatments/programs)
